A reliable general-purpose film

This is my go-to film from Ilford despite the availability of a very similar film FP4 Plus. It responds well to both common developers such as ID-11 and HC-110, as well as to the exotic developers containing aminophenol, pyrogallol and catechol. A few developers, mostly those containing phenidone allow to routinely expose this film at EI 200 without any penalty to quality.. Amplis always delivers very fresh film with a few years until expiration date.
