Customers have to make a one-time purchase of SS1014K, Stick and Stretch 10X14 Starter Kit, which contains: 4 corner braces (blue), a bottle of archival white glue, spare corner pins, 1 10x14 ractice frame and instructions. The corner braces last for years and work with every format of the Standard (SS) sticks. There is a separate starter kit for the Pro version of the sticks.

Great service from order desk staff.

I ordered on line and at checkout I noticed a shipping charge was automatically added. The next morning I called to clarify I wanted to pick up the item. The charge was removed without any further issues and I was thanked for my purchase.
