The external metal frame is approximately 2.2m tall when erected and should fit in most standard ceiling height rooms in European, American and Asian homes while still creating a workable 1.3 x 1.3m space to print while standing or seated.

I have been looking at this darkroom ever since they were advertised in the fall of 2021. However, with an estimated price of around $340 + local sales taxes & shipping it made it too expensive of a price for a hobby project of creating a totally portable self-contained film developing lab.
The recent Amplis Store reduced sales price has convinced me to go ahead with this hobby project and completing it to full functionality.
The kit includes the ILFORD pop-up darkroom with a 6” air intake blower c/w particle filter, all necessary electrical extension cords to bring the power to it. A 24” x 48” folding table c/w a 20” x 22” Folding leg shelf.
Additionally, all of the lab equipment inclusive of the pop-up darkroom, enlarger, safe-light, digital timer, collapsible stool, supplies & accessories etc. will be stored/carried in some kind of wheeled cart or suitcase except for the folding table.
The above tool cart could fit the bill but I need to verify the internal dimensions to ensure that the equipment on hand will actually fit in the space available. If not, an alternative is a large suitcase on wheels to which the folding table would be fastened on with bungee cords the same as it would to this cart.
This is the last step left for my idea of a complete weather resistant portable photo lab close to some power source/outlet…
